(PBG-NYC), is a New York based on-trend fashion apparel company that provides design, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and marketing expertise to licensed and owned (private-label) brands. Alan Chartash is the Founder and Leader of Premier Brands Group, Inc. (PBG-NYC) where he oversees design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing with a focus on leveraging successful partnerships, licensing, and helping clients solve excess inventory issues. 

 A visionary with a pulse on what influences, disrupts, and builds contemporary brands, Alan is guiding PBG-NYC’s efforts to deploy innovative ways to produce and distribute generational fashion, including secondary market merchandise, via online and offline retail channels and digital media. His mission is for PBG-NYC to be the go-to manufacturing, licensing, and distribution partner for world-class culture-leading lifestyle brands and a one-stop solution for re-work needs. 

Alan’s experience and depth of relationships inform PBG-NYC’s unified and strategic approach to manufacturing and marketing brands like Kendall + Kylie and his reverse logistics know-how guides companies looking to give goods a second life without compromising brand integrity.

Prior to forming Premier Brands Group, Inc., Alan was Chief Strategy Officer at Li & Fung (USA) and its successor company, where, since 2004, he worked on over 20 major acquisitions, brand licensing and development deals. PBG-NYC continues to collaborate with Li & Fung on innovation and margin enhancement initiatives.

After goods have their First Life Run at Retail, PBG with Brand’s partnership coordinate and executes all logistics required for a successful Second Life Run. PBG’s scalable infrastructure, processing activities and services provide a one-stop solution for any/all rework needs, including black-lining, re-ticketing, sorting, bagging etc.
